The Grand Reveal of our Multi-Gen Floorplan and S’mores Party was held on Saturday, August 3rd to showcase our newest model, The Seashore. This model is decorated in coastal hues of teal, green, grey and tan and features a Multi-Generational Suite and outdoor grilling and firepit area.
Over 60 people came through the model in the afternoon and enjoyed the beautiful décor. Lynn Kay, a consultant from Seaside Furniture Gallery, was on hand along with Susan Barker, Designer from Chesapeake Homes, to answer any questions.
The afternoon activities included and a S’mores party on the back porch area complete with a fire pit, sitting area, and built-in gas grill.
In addition to the Gourmet S’mores bar, lemonade and fresh fruit infused water kept everyone cooled off and refreshed.
